Back in March at the CMP Double SARRC, a Good Samaritan (who also happens to drive a FM) saved my race weekend. I broke a suspension part on my DSR during Q1 and this individual loaned me a box of spares which allowed me to have a great weekend! Loose fuel pickup

Got a dumb question-

As I hooked up a new line from the fuel cell to the fuel pump, I found the pickup connection was loose on the top of the fuel cell. Does this mean I have to remove the fuel cell to tighten the connection?

My name is Jack and I have been doing a few track days a year since I was 16 (now 23) and recently took a Skip Barber class and a Jim Russell class and got my SCCA license this year. I have done a few track days with a Formula Mazda race team called Havoc Motorsports out of Joliet, IL, which has been great and they have given me some insight into the budget, commitment, etc. of racing FM's. I am not sure if I am ready to jump staight into a race as I would like some more...

Hi there, I am looking to get into FM just for the fun of it. I probably will never race, but I am looking at some cars second hand as well as making a trip out to Pacoima to sit in one. A new car is not out of the question as I have seen some real rough cars second hand. I was wondering if there were any larger drivers that run these cars. Fire bottle replacement

I did a search on this, but didn't really come up with anything that answered my question.

My fire bottle needs recharged or replaced. It is a halon system and I'm hearing that it's getting hard to find someone to recharge these. I have no problem upgrading to the foam system, but...

Can I simply just connect a new bottle up to my existing hardware or do I need to use a full kit and run all new lines? The image of me sitting in the garage covered in $350...
